Where is all this heading?

As mentioned above, our primary aim is to build and fortify our community with collaboration. Be it helping writers to get together, helping businesses grow or allowing users to capitalize on collective intelligence, we have always been about increasing cooperation between us and our users.

We included an internal process for this request form to provide users with an official platform where they can make requests and ask questions, and all of these queries are conveyed to our team, and then to the appropriate personnel.

CMX Chat already had a collaborative culture where users, pros, and mods would help each other out. So it was best to create a formal platform where no question or request would go missing.

If you’re seeking inspiration or need clarification on what you can request, please appreciate that we want you to feel 100% confident expressing what you’d want. You can send a short or long message, or you can include requirements when needed – the more detail you provide us with the better.
